So, I've been lusting after the Sims 2 for a good long while. I know now what I need to make the old bitch not cry at the sight of having it installed. Now I need cashish. And since I'm getting a lot less from Big Daddy Government than I thought (I made double the income as last year and am getting the same fucking amount back...fuckers), I've been looking into other ways to procure this dough without eating too much into my roof over my head/eating funds.

I could sell shit. I have the orignal Sims, all 7 expansion packs, and a handful of strategy guides. I'm thinking of auctioning them all as a package deal (since Maxis hasn't gotten that far yet).

Anyone with any experience with Ebay or any other auctioning sites have any hints/pointers/shit to watch out for to spare? I'm not looking to get much for it (since the game itself is 5 years old), but at least enough to get more memory/a new vid card would be loverly.

In other news, edge7 got accepted to Tech! YAY! *runs around in happy circles*

So i'm restarting FFX, and realizing a few things.

a) Wakka is a total stoner. Dude, lay off the blitzbong
b) Everybody wants Tidus' sweet, sweet ass. Everybody. Especially Wakka.
c) Yuna is still a freaking idiot. She gets no lovin'

And while playing, I got a little creative. So here is my impression of every Final Fantasy main hero on the PS games:

Fourth day of work and I've finally got a tag with my name one it...spelled correctly, thank goodness..


I like the mixed seafood at Dekalb Farmer's Market...It makes great curry and stirfry...I think this week I might want to try seafood chowder...yeah, that sounds like fun..

I have no clue what I'm doing for Turkey Day...Tony and Andy are doing dual meals..but the buses run funny on holidays (and not at all for the ones that take me to a MARTA station..it's like Sundays) The boy invited me to come along with him and his family, i'm not too sure about that...T-Day is really a family affair (not as much as Giftmas, which I have no clue what I'm gonna do about either, besides clean house like crazy, but still) and inviting the girlfriend of only about two months can be a tad awkward...I think. I dunno...

It's that time of year that Mother Nature herself screams, "put some more clothes on, stupid", so I'm not happy at all...

So I spent this morning ending my FF X-2 saga. Got the 100% completion and am very proud of myself for sticking with that goal. Normally I would have said "fuck this shit" at about around Via Infinito level 40 and settled for the common ending. The common ending was cool, the good ending was the romantic heartstring-yanking (yet pretty-I'm a sucker for good graphics) fuckery I expected, and the perfect ending add-on was kinda pointless and contained the one of the most puke-inducing line I have ever heard next to "You complete me".

So now that I've finished the game, I will allow myself to make these ( random comments and critiques ) that i've been saving up. Spoiler and Lenght Warning, of course.

I needed a break, really I did. I need a day off from work that didn't involve running to somewhere else, going somewhere else, doing something else. So what did I do for most of my free morning?
